Here are detailed and specific steps to follow the video on how to install Windows 10 on your new PC:
- Make sure you have a blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of free space.
- Open your web browser and go to the official Microsoft website.
- Once on the website, click on the "Download now" button under the "Windows 10" section.
- The download will start automatically. Wait for the download to finish.
- Insert your blank USB flash drive into your computer.
- Open the Windows USB/DVD Download Tool.
- Choose the "Windows 10" ISO file you just downloaded and click "Next".
- Select "USB device" to create a bootable USB drive with the Windows 10 ISO file.
- Select the USB drive you inserted earlier and click "Begin copying".
- Wait for the tool to finish copying the files to the USB drive.
- Once the copying process is complete, restart your computer.
- Press the key specified during startup to enter the BIOS settings, such as F2 or Del. This key may vary depending on your PC manufacturer.
- Change the boot order so that the USB drive is the first boot device. This will allow your PC to boot from the USB drive instead of the hard drive.
- Save the changes and exit the BIOS settings.
- The Windows 10 setup should now start from the USB drive. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows 10.
